Sterile and Particle Filter
Requirement
Develop and manufacture a particle and sterile filter with the largest possible effective filter surface area for the extraction of active substances from pouch or vial systems.
Solution
The requirement was satisfied through the combination of two injection-molded components. The upper section holds the spike, the lower section the Luer Lock connection. The customer can choose between hydrophobic and hydrophilic filter membranes.
